Aaron has also authored prevailing dispositive briefs in Wisconsin state and federal courts—including the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals—as well as Wisconsin administrative tribunals. He has successfully secured favorable appellate and administrative reversals involving employment terminations, pension and retirement benefits, and unemployment compensation.

Global Foundation and Strategic Perspective.
Aaron’s legal advice is anchored by an academic foundation in global business. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Business Administration (International Business concentration) and a co-major in International Studies. He later expanded this global perspective by teaching in Gwangju, South Korea, for six months. This background equips him with an operational, economic, and cross-border perspective that adds strategic value when assessing disputes between parties of diverse backgrounds.
Aaron began his career in public service as a congressional intern for U.S. Congressman Dennis Moore. Following his time teaching in South Korea, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Washington University School of Law, where he served as an Editor for the Global Studies Law Review.
Decision-making Perspective.
Aaron currently serves as a FINRA arbitrator, presiding over financial disputes to evaluate evidence and adjudicate legal arguments. This quasi-judicial role provides a rare, behind-the-scenes perspective on how decisionmakers assess credibility, weigh proof, and react to case framing. By understanding what persuades an evidentiary panel from the other side of the bench, Aaron is able to engineer effective litigation strategies for his own clients.
During law school, Aaron also gained valuable experience from the judicial viewpoint as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable G. Patrick Murphy in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
